An incredible morning Cuppa with Dr Mark Cross! Today's session made me feel at ease with Anxiety.
What you will learn from this conversation:
- Where anxiety comes from
- The different forms of anxiety that exists
- Some things to stay clear of if you are impacted by anxiety
- What to do if you or someone you love is having an anxiety/panic attack
- The impacts of mental health in businesses and what leaders should do
As the first openly gay man to win ‘Community Father of the year’ it was also great to chat to Mark about Mardi Gras and how it is a special time for him and many others.
So, we have a question for you! Is there someone you know at your work or life that suffers from anxiety? Our recommendation is to share with them this episode + grab a copy of Marks book ‘Anxiety’ here Click here: http://booktopia.kh4ffx.net/mg16ay
