Leadership has changed forever! In this conversation, behavioural scientist Milo Wilkinson shares how leaders should be supporting their teams, when to make key decisions and what a modern leader needs to work on in themselves to improve their performance & ultimately team culture.
Milo Wilkinson is a behavioural scientist who for the past twenty years, has specialised in analysing and predicting human behaviour. She has a unique background in Psychotherapy, Neurosciences, Criminal Sciences, Hypnotherapy and NLP, all whilst working within multiple industries at an executive level.
One example of her experience has been working with one of Australia's most elite sporting teams - the Sydney Swans, serving mainly as a player development scientist assisting athletes and coaches with their mental preparedness in connecting performance with self-awareness, accountability, and co-activity to support athletes and the club in their quest for excellence.
She has worked to establish the player leadership roles whilst driving them to off-field outcomes.
She has also worked with the Swans to understand the four generations that sit within the club environment and how each generation requires a different level of engagement and motivational techniques.
Milo also provides human profiling capabilities using elite Mindseeker Profiling methodologies to assist with career placement. Her experience is varied and wide and whilst she has a strong academic background, she has a unique ability to translate behavioural sciences into real-world application.
