Fleur Marks held many senior roles across the communications industry until she was forced to make a career shift due to significant health challenges as she had worked herself very sick. Out of pure necessity, she became a well-being expert in her own life to fight to stay alive.
Knowing how important it is to take care of your wellbeing to perform at your best, she wanted to help more people with the skills and strategies on how to actually do this so she created a new role as the Wellbeing and Talent Development Director at WPP AUNZ. For three years, she designed and developed wellbeing programmes and initiatives for 5,500 people across 70 companies. She created real change in the communication industry by reducing burnout and creating a sustainable workplace all whilst fighting for her own life.
Fleur has also created her own business, WellYou, and her online wellbeing gifting store, The Wellbeing Store. She joined us to share some of her incredible tips and tricks on how to stay healthy and well!
