Allan is a prolific executive on the International landscape who has won several awards for his unwavering commitment to social justice. He has a strong capacity for strategic thought. According to Allan, lasting change results from the combination of fundamental solutions and critical evaluation indicators. In this emerging field of practise, Allan is a highly sought-after educator who places a strong emphasis on social policy as a crucial component of local solutions to challenging social problems. I've held executive and high management positions for 15 years.
Among Allan's influencers are Julie Gillard, Jim Ife, Missy Elliott, and his father. As a public speaker on issues like consumer engagement, gender equality, community development, change management, and children and youth issues, Allan is in high demand.
Allan has less than 20 years of experience implementing community development programmes in Australia. To push the limits of technology and acquire cutting-edge solutions for long-term transformation is what drives him. He has worked in the business world and at all levels of Australian government. He oversaw the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Agency and the revision of White Ribbon Australia, transforming State Health from hierarchical to person-centered systems.
Allan's dedication and service to the public has been acknowledged by the sector as he has won an SA Health Award for Consumer Engagement in 2014 and 2018. In 2015 | 16 | 17 three projects he managed were acknowledged as finalists. In 2013 he was Channel 9's winner for Young Achiever: Community Development. Allan is known for his purpose-driven, solution-focused and impressive work ethic and professionalism. In 2017 he was AASW - SA branch Social Worker of the year (leading the way) and SSON Australia recognised Allan as the 2017 business transformation leader; for disrupting the health system and building consumer health culture. In 2022 Linkedin recognized Allan as one of the Top Voices on Gender Equality.
