- What leaders can do to get their teams resetting.
- Why crisis leadership is so important right now.
MORE ON MILO-ARNE WILKINSON BELOW:
One example of her experience has been working with one of Australia's most elite sporting teams, serving mainly as a player development scientist assisting athletes and coaches with their mental preparedness in connecting performance with self-awareness, accountability, and co-activity to support athletes and the club in their quest for excellence.
She has worked to establish the player leadership roles whilst driving them to off-field outcomes.
She has also worked with this team to understand the four generations that sit within the club environment and how each generation requires a different level of engagement and motivational techniques.
Milo also provides human profiling capabilities using elite Mindseeker Profiling methodologies to assist with career placement. Her experience is varied and wide and whilst she has a strong academic background, she has a unique ability to translate behavioural sciences into real-world application.
